Job Description
We are looking for a Ecommerce Manager to manage and scale maketplace business on Amazon, Flipkart, Q.Com and others. This role is central to driving revenue growth, ensure operational efficiency, and strengthening Shay’s marketplace presence.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience managing marketplace accounts (Amazon is a must).
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, inventory planning, and pricing strategies.
Hands-on experience with Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and reporting tools.
Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
Excellent coordination skills—across ops, marketing, and marketplace teams.
Experience in D2C, consumer goods, or home/kitchen category is a plus.
