ROLE OVERVIEW
Marketing Executive (Amazon Creative & Brand Strategy) is a role focused on Amazon buyer psychology and conversion, not graphic design.
You will support the creative direction and positioning of Amazon brands for the U.S. market. Every listing image, A+ content module, storefront visual, and brand asset will require your input and structured feedback.
Your mission is clear: ensure every creative attracts attention, builds trust, and converts.
WORK SETUP
Location & Timings
- Office Location: Paragon City, Lahore
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (flexible)
- Salary: PKR 150,000 – 170,000 (based on experience and expertise)
- High commission opportunities in addition to base salary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and provide feedback on Amazon creatives including listing images, A+ content, EBC, and storefront visuals.
- Assist in defining image sequence strategy and hero messaging.
- Support structuring benefit hierarchy and comparison visuals.
- Align creatives with buyer objections and Amazon best practices.
- Conduct competitor creative analysis.
- Collaborate with PPC and brand teams to align creatives with traffic strategy.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and storytelling.
- Continuously optimize creatives based on performance data.
REQUIREMENT
- Strong understanding of American consumer behavior on Amazon.
- Conversion-focused marketing mindset.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon listings and A+ content.
- Ability to give clear, structured feedback to designers.
- Strong English communication skills with American tone.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
