Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing, online sales growth, and channel enablement for our portfolio of hearing aids. This role is responsible for developing and executing data-driven eCommerce strategies, managing online product positioning, optimizing digital sales channels, and supporting channel partners to accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and sales across direct and indirect channels.
  • Manage product listings, content accuracy, pricing integrity, and promotional strategies across all online marketplaces and partner platforms.
  • Optimize customer journeys through SEO, SEM, email marketing, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Channel Marketing & Partner Enablement

  • Collaborate with distributors, resellers, and healthcare channel partners to support product launches and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Develop co-marketing programs, partner toolkits, and sales enablement materials to drive lead generation and sell-through.
  • Analyze channel performance and implement strategies to expand product adoption across key markets.

Analytics & Performance Management

  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify/Magento data, marketplace dashboards) to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Track KPIs include conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, online revenue, and partner performance metrics.
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews with sales insights and actionable recommendations.

Compliance & Quality Alignment

  • Ensure all digital content and marketing activities comply with medical device regulatory requirements (FDA, MDR, ISO standards).
  • Coordinate with Quality and Regulatory teams to maintain accuracy and compliance with online product information.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to align marketing strategies with inventory levels, launch timelines, and customer needs.
  • Work closely with graphic design and content teams to maintain consistent brand identity.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in eCommerce.
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketplaces, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Proven success driving online revenue growth and improving digital channel performance.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working with channel distributors, B2B buyers, or clinical/healthcare partners.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, or equivalent platforms.
  • Knowledge of FDA and other regulatory requirements for medical device marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
