Ecommerce Marketplace Executive

We are hiring an experienced Ecommerce Marketplace Expert to manage and scale our product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other ecommerce platforms.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

To manage, optimise, and scale nRp’s marketplace presence across Amazon, Flipkart & other ecommerce platforms — ensuring:

• SEO-optimised listings
• High conversion rate
• Inventory & pricing control
• PPC performance management
• Sales growth month on month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1️ Listing Creation & Optimisation

• Keyword research for Amazon & Flipkart
• SEO-optimised Titles, Bullet Points, Backend Search Terms
• A+ Content / RPD Creation coordination
• Image sequencing optimisation
• Variation listing management (Pack of 1/3/4 etc.)
• Compliance handling (category approval, attributes)

Sales Growth & Performance

• Manage Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD)
• Manage Flipkart PLA & CPC campaigns
• Improve CTR & Conversion Rate
• Monitor Buy Box & price competitiveness
• Work on review growth strategy

Account Health Management

• Late shipment rate
• Cancellation rate
• Return monitoring
• Policy compliance

Expansion

• New product launch strategy
• Keyword expansion
• Competitor benchmarking (Classmate, Navneet, Youva)

Required Skills:

• 2+ years experience managing Amazon / Flipkart accounts
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads
• Data-driven mindset
• Experience in FMCG or stationery category preferred

Performance Goal:
Increase sales & improve conversion rate month-on-month.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹9,399.64 - ₹25,000.00 per month
