Ecommerce Marketplace Executive (Spouse Visa)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing online marketplace accounts in the UAE and a strong understanding of marketplace operations, product management, inventory control, and sales optimization.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about e-commerce and experienced in managing seller accounts across major UAE marketplaces including Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Sharaf DG, and Microless. Experience in Electronics, IT Products, Accessories, and Consumer Goods categories will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and keywords.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab accounts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with warehouse and procurement teams.
• Handle product catalog updates, pricing strategies, promotions, and marketplace campaigns.
• Process orders, returns, reimbursements, and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain excellent account health metrics.
• Coordinate and manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBN (Fulfilled by Noon) workflows.
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Excel and marketplace analytics tools.
• Conduct competitor analysis and recommend pricing and promotional strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to improve customer experience and sales results.
• Assist in launching new products and expanding marketplace presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience managing UAE marketplace accounts.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Amazon Seller Central,
• Noon Seller Lab
• Carrefour Marketplace
• Sharaf DG Marketplace
• Microless Marketplace
• Experience handling Electronics, IT Products, Accessories, or Consumer Electronics categories preferred.
• Good understanding of marketplace listing optimization, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Experience managing FBA and FBN operations.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
