E-Commerce Specialist – Amazon & Noon UAE

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels, primarily on Amazon UAE and Noon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, advertising campaigns, inventory management, order processing, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Amazon and Noon seller accounts.
• Create, optimize, and update product listings.
• Conduct keyword research and improve product visibility.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC and Noon advertising campaigns.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Handle product pricing, promotions, and discounts.
• Process orders and coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams.
• Resolve account issues, customer inquiries, and marketplace-related concerns.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon and/or Noon seller accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
• Experience with PPC advertising and campaign management.
• Good understanding of product listing optimization and SEO.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in UAE e-commerce marketplaces.
• Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Experience with multiple product categories.
