Noon Marketplace Specialist / E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Noon Marketplace Specialist who can also support Amazon operations and assist with Shopify management when required. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling online marketplaces, product sourcing, IT & electronics products, inventory management, customer support, and marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of Noon marketplace account
• Handle product listings, pricing, stock updates, and promotions on Noon
• Support Amazon seller account operations including listings, inventory, and order processing
• Assist with Shopify website management when required
• Hunt and source trending and profitable IT & electronics products from the local market
• Coordinate with suppliers and purchase products once customer orders are received
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and distributors
• Monitor marketplace performance and sales reports
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for smooth order fulfillment
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility
• Try to achieve positive customer ratings and reviews through good customer service and timely order management
• Track inventory levels and avoid stock shortages
• Process and monitor online orders, cancellations, and refunds
• Ensure all marketplace accounts comply with platform policies
• Assist in running online marketing campaigns and promotions
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and inventory
• Work towards achieving monthly sales and profit targets

Requirements:

• Experience with Noon marketplace is mandatory
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is preferred
• Basic understanding of Shopify is an advantage
• Must have good knowledge of IT & electronics products
• Ability to source products and negotiate with suppliers
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations and online marketplaces
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Candidates with their own visa will be given priority
