We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Noon Marketplace Specialist who can also support Amazon operations and assist with Shopify management when required. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling online marketplaces, product sourcing, IT &amp; electronics products, inventory management, customer support, and marketplace growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily operations of Noon marketplace account</li><li>Handle product listings, pricing, stock updates, and promotions on Noon</li><li>Support Amazon seller account operations including listings, inventory, and order processing</li><li>Assist with Shopify website management when required</li><li>Hunt and source trending and profitable IT &amp; electronics products from the local market</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and purchase products once customer orders are received</li><li>Maintain good relationships with suppliers and distributors</li><li>Monitor marketplace performance and sales reports</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for smooth order fulfillment</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally</li><li>Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility</li><li>Try to achieve positive customer ratings and reviews through good customer service and timely order management</li><li>Track inventory levels and avoid stock shortages</li><li>Process and monitor online orders, cancellations, and refunds</li><li>Ensure all marketplace accounts comply with platform policies</li><li>Assist in running online marketing campaigns and promotions</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and inventory</li><li>Work towards achieving monthly sales and profit targets</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience with Noon marketplace is mandatory</li><li>Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is preferred</li><li>Basic understanding of Shopify is an advantage</li><li>Must have good knowledge of IT &amp; electronics products</li><li>Ability to source products and negotiate with suppliers</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce operations and online marketplaces</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Candidates with their own visa will be given priority</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Commission/incentives will be provided upon achieving target profit and sales goals</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in online product sourcing and procurement</li><li>Knowledge of inventory management and logistics coordination</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO for product listings</li></ul>Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Which company did you work for as an e-commerce specialist before?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Ecommerce : 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Own Visa (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
