eCommerce Marketplace Operator (US/UK/EU Marketplaces)

Remote | Full-Time | Reporting Directly to Founder

We’re looking for someone who’s actually operated and scaled products on marketplaces — not someone who’s only watched tutorials or managed one random listing before.

This role is for someone who understands how marketplaces work behind the scenes…
Listings, ads, account health, pricing, inventory, competitors, scaling products — the full picture.

You’ll be taking ownership of our marketplace operations and helping us grow across multiple US platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating and optimising product listings that are built to convert
• Managing pricing strategy while protecting margins
• Running and optimising ads across different marketplaces
• Maintaining strong account health and staying compliant with platform policies
• Monitoring inventory and flagging stock issues early
• Keeping an eye on competitors, trends, and opportunities
• Sending weekly reports covering sales, traffic, ad spend, profitability, and overall performance

If you’ve successfully sold on other relevant US marketplaces, mention them too.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience selling on at least 3–4 marketplaces
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ranking, and ad systems
• Someone data-driven who makes decisions based on numbers, not assumptions
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks without constant supervision
• Experience with listing or inventory management tools is a plus

Compensation

Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses tied to growth.
