Operating multiple brands including InHome Golf and SIGPRO, we deliver exceptional products and experiences to golf enthusiasts worldwide through direct-to-consumer sales, wholesale partnerships, and custom installations.
Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile E-Commerce Merchandiser to act as the "Swiss army knife" for our online operations, driving sales through optimized product presentation, promotions, site execution, and several other eCommerce operations and marketing related tasks as needed. This hands-on role will manage daily updates across our Shopify platform and extend to marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. You'll collaborate with marketing, operations, customer service, and product teams to enhance user experience and boost conversions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product catalog updates: create and optimize listings (titles, descriptions, images, videos, specifications, pricing) on Shopify and marketplaces.
  • Execute web merchandising: organize categories, collections, landing pages, cross-sells/up-sells, and product recommendations to maximize conversions.
  • Plan and launch promotions: create discounts, bundles, flash sales, banners, and seasonal campaigns across all channels.
  • Maintain marketplace listings: upload, optimize, and monitor products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other platforms; ensure compliance with each marketplace’s policies.
  • Monitor and improve site performance: identify and fix broken links, out-of-stock issues, poor search results, and usability problems.
  • Support inventory and pricing strategy: coordinate with operations to reflect real-time stock levels, manage pricing rules, and flag opportunities for price adjustments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content studio, and sales teams to ensure fresh, high-quality content.
  • Analyze performance data (sales, traffic, conversion, add-to-cart rates) and recommend merchandising changes.
  • Handle ad-hoc site operations tasks (e.g., content updates, SEO improvements, A/B testing support).
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 2–4 years of hands-on e-commerce merchandising, site operations, or digital merchandising experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms (product management, collections, pages, themes).
  • Experience managing listings on at least one major marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Creative eye for product presentation and customer experience.
  • Strong written communication skills for product descriptions and promotional copy.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Gorgias, or marketplace seller portals.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor site edits.
  • Experience in retail consumer electronics, sporting goods, or home installation products.
  • Understanding of SEO basics and marketplace advertising (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Products).
  • Experience or enthusiasm for the game of golf and/or the golf industry.
