Site Merchandising & Content Specialist
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Site Merchandising & Content Specialist to help bring products to life across our eCommerce channels. In this role, you’ll own product merchandising and content execution—from launch to ongoing optimization—while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.
What You’ll Do
Product Merchandising & Launch Execution
- Own and execute the product merchandising strategy across all partnering eCommerce channels.
- Manage end-to-end new product launches, ensuring accurate and timely setup in the eCommerce platform.
- Coordinate inventory, pricing, imagery, descriptions, and digital assets for product launches.
- Partner with buying offices to clarify product details and resolve launch-related questions.
Product Content & PDP Optimization
- Create, manage, and optimize product detail pages (PDPs) to drive conversion, including titles, descriptions, imagery, pricing, and SEO.
- Write clear, comprehensive, and customer-focused product descriptions that support informed purchasing decisions.
- QA products as they go live and manage follow-ups to ensure timely publication.
Site Maintenance & Quality Assurance
- Own ongoing website maintenance for assigned categories.
- Monitor and improve on-site search, navigation, and taxonomy to enhance discoverability.
- Conduct regular site walks, QA checks, and testing to ensure content, promotions, and pricing are accurate.
- Review and validate product titles, descriptions, imagery, alternate views, and cross-promotions for optimal user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with eCommerce, buying, and inventory teams to improve site efficiency, product availability, and customer experience.
- Ensure product content and digital assets are collected and aligned across teams.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional submissions to maximize sales.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of eCommerce merchandising and digital marketing best practices.
- Hands-on experience managing or maintaining eCommerce websites or platforms.
- Strong understanding of online shoppers and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a high level of accuracy.
- Prior experience in an online or retail environment is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
