Position Summary:

This position is responsible for increasing sales via all forms of ecommerce that the company implements. Creates and maintains relationships with larger online web stores by performing the essential duties listed below.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Updates website content to include products, content and promotions

· Creates and maintains relationships with online web stores to sell products through them

· Plans, defines and implements website changes and functional improvements

· Maintains and updates the online marketing plan for the websites

· Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager to ensure product listings meet company guidelines

· Monitors the key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them

· Implement strategies that convert product views into orders, enhancing product visibility and content

· Oversee keyword tagging and alternative term management to ensure customers can easily find products

· Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic and visibility across all digital platforms

· Improve the quality and richness of product content to facilitate confident buying decisions

· Continuously monitor and collaborate with others to systematically address product data and content issues

· Manages projects related to ecommerce

· All other duties as required

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma

· 1+ years of Ecommerce experience preferred

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and have a strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong communication via phone, email and in-person

· Able to multi-task and remain organized while adapting to the needs of the organization

· Ability to be flexible and manage several tasks at the same time to meet deadlines

· Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

· Must be a team player with a positive attitude
