Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Executive Intern

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic E-Commerce Operations Intern to join our team at 4 Fox Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. for a 4-month full-time internship. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in the e-commerce industry and gain hands-on experience in managing product listings, digital marketing, and online operations.

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (flexible based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product listing management on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
• Support in content creation – writing product descriptions, optimizing images, and ensuring adherence to platform guidelines.
• Learn and implement basic SEO strategies to improve product visibility.
• Coordinate with the operations team for inventory tracking and updates.
• Help in analyzing sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Address basic customer inquiries related to product listings.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the e-commerce sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to support e-commerce growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates or final-year students with backgrounds in BCA, MBA, or B.Tech.
• Interest in the e-commerce industry and willingness to learn and grow.
• Completion of a Digital Marketing course will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
