Ecommerce Operations

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive in E-commerce Operations to support marketplace operations. This role will focus on stock management, sales performance tracking, partner coordination, and operational reporting across multiple platforms. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of Marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Marketplace Performance and OMNI channel sales performance.
• Conduct seasonal & brand-wise performance analysis to support decision-making.
• Review partner sales performance on a Month-to-Date (MTD) basis.
• Participate in weekly review meetings to share updates.
• Stock & Inventory Management
• Perform regular SOH (Stock on Hand) checks across marketplaces
• Compile and update Warehouse SOH reports.
• Track Live/Not Live stock status and coordinate with the team for updates.
• Ensure timely replenishment for assigned brands
• Follow up with Warehouse teams for stock movement and coordinate with new partners on stock requirements.
• Conduct stock analysis for new partners’ onboarding.
• Compile and maintain sale data.
• Prepare and circulate performance reports across teams and partners.
• Support in compiling brand-wise OI(Order Indent) processes and reporting metrics.
• Mail, update, and follow up with all marketplace.
• Assist with discount working across all partners.
• Manage partner-related processes such as Myntra rebates and reconciliations.

Requirement:

• prior working experience of minimum 3 year with myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, tatacliq.
• graduate
