Ecommerce Operations Head

Job Description

Position: Head of E-Commerce Operations

Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations (Daraz, Shopify, website, etc.)

Manage inventory planning, stock levels & demand forecasting

Supervise order processing, dispatch & logistics

Ensure accurate financial reconciliation (COD, online payments)

Lead warehouse coordination and fulfillment efficiency

Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions

Analyze KPIs (conversion rate, order fulfillment time, returns)

Manage team (operations, warehouse, support)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related

5 years of experience in e-commerce operations

Strong knowledge of platforms (Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce)

Leadership + analytical mindset

Experience managing large order volumes

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
