E-Commerce ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce operations, driving revenue growth, improving customer experience, and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and product merchandising to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, inventory synchronization, and content updates.
  • Oversee SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, and other online marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and IT teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on KPIs, sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar.
  • Experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, or other regional platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience managing multi-channel e-commerce operations.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
