Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Ecommerce Operations Manager to fully run the ecommerce side of our business. This role focuses on Shopify management, wholesale account coordination, ordering, inventory control, customer service, fulfillment oversight, and basic social media posting.

This is NOT a marketing agency role and NOT a graphic‑design‑heavy position.
We need someone who can operate the entire ecommerce workflow with accuracy, consistency, and strong communication.

⭐ Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Store Management

• Upload and update products
• Maintain collections and categories
• Optimize product pages for clarity and conversions
• Manage apps, integrations, and basic site updates
• Monitor store performance and report key metrics

Wholesale & Vendor Management

• Manage wholesale supplier accounts
• Place and track purchase orders
• Maintain stock levels and prevent stockouts
• Track lead times, backorders, and vendor communication
• Keep organized records of orders and invoices

Inventory Management

• Sync Shopify inventory with fulfillment
• Forecast stock needs
• Manage restocks and backorders
• Coordinate with warehouses or fulfillment partners

Order & Fulfillment Coordination

• Process daily orders
• Ensure accurate routing to fulfillment
• Handle returns, exchanges, and replacements
• Resolve shipping or delivery issues

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries via email/chat
• Handle refunds and replacements
• Maintain high customer satisfaction

Social Media Management

• Post simple content (product posts, updates, promotions)
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Respond to comments and messages
• Track engagement and basic performance metrics

Basic Marketing Support

• Manage email/SMS flows (abandoned cart, order follow‑ups, etc.)
• Create promotions and discount codes
• Suggest improvements to increase sales and efficiency

⭐ Requirements

• Proven experience managing a Shopify store end‑to‑end
• Experience with wholesale accounts and vendor ordering
• Strong understanding of ecommerce operations
• Experience with inventory management
• Experience managing social media for a business
• Strong English communication skills
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Long‑term availability

• Experience in medical supply, retail, or similar product categories
• Experience coordinating with fulfillment centers
• Familiarity with ecommerce analytics tools
• Ability to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
