Ecommerce Production Manager

About the Role

Red Feather Tech is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Production Manager to lead our arbitrage and marketplace operations across Walmart, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Etsy. This role requires a strategic individual with strong expertise in product hunting, marketplace optimization, account handling, and client coordination. You will oversee end-to-end eCommerce operations to boost profitability, ensure store health, and maintain exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product hunting initiatives to identify high-margin, fast-moving items using market trends, analytics, and competitive research.
• Manage retail & online arbitrage workflows, ensuring profitable sourcing, pricing, and listing decisions.
• Optimize Walmart Marketplace strategy including listing improvements, promotions, and revenue growth.
• Oversee complete eCommerce lifecycle: sourcing, listing creation, pricing, order processing, and fulfillment.
• Manage and monitor client accounts/stores across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop & Etsy.
• Maintain store health, performance metrics, and compliance with marketplace policies.
• Conduct client meetings, provide updates, and deliver performance insights.
• Handle customer support, order inquiries, returns, and service resolutions.
• Manage daily WhatsApp Business activity and client communication workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert-level product hunting skills across multiple marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of arbitrage models (retail & online).
• Proven experience managing Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and TikTok Shop accounts.
• Ability to create high-converting listings using SEO, keyword research, and data analytics.
• Strong command of order management, fulfillment workflows, and customer support processes.
• Experience with marketplace tools, performance dashboards, and compliance monitoring.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
