eCommerce Salesperson

As an Ecommerce Salesperson, you will be the bridge between our in-store expertise and our online customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every instrument listed online is represented with accuracy, detail, and care—helping musicians around the world find the right instrument for their needs. From writing compelling product listings to supporting customers through their online purchase journey, you’ll play a key role in expanding Blues Angel Music’s reach beyond our local community.

What you’ll do:
· Find or receive incoming merchandise to be photographed and listed for sale.
· Take high-quality photos of merchandise from multiple angles, accurately showing condition and highlighting any unique features or defects.
· Write clear, accurate, and descriptive listings that explain item condition and key details.
· Post listings to appropriate ecommerce platforms and update as needed.
· Verify inventory daily by running reports; remove listings for items sold in-store.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or website messaging systems.
· Arrange returns and refunds as necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Record daily listings to demonstrate that quotas are consistently being met.

What we’re looking for:
· Extensive knowledge of musical instruments—particularly guitars—with the ability to accurately describe and evaluate them.
· Passion for helping musicians connect with the right gear.
· Strong writing skills and attention to detail for creating accurate, compelling listings.
· Prior experience in online sales, ecommerce platforms, or customer service strongly preferred.
· Ability to work independently and manage daily quotas effectively.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Starting pay is $15-$17 an hour (depending on experience) plus commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
