Overview
We’re looking for a part-time Ecommerce SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to support ongoing search optimization and digital growth efforts. This role focuses on improving organic visibility, optimizing site content, and supporting performance through practical, hands-on updates.
This is a good fit for someone who understands SEO fundamentals, enjoys working independently, and prefers execution over heavy strategy work.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize website pages for search engines, including product and category pages
- Conduct keyword research with an ecommerce and search-intent focus
- Update on-page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and image alt text
- Review existing content and implement improvements for clarity and performance
- Support writing or editing SEO-friendly content when needed
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console and Analytics
- Identify issues and opportunities and share clear recommendations
- Collaborate remotely with team members on priorities and updates
What You Bring
- Experience with SEO for websites or ecommerce platforms (freelance or part-time experience welcome)
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO and keyword research
- Comfort working in a CMS environment (Shopify, WordPress, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Ecommerce SEO experience
- Familiarity with basic technical SEO concepts
- General digital marketing knowledge beyond SEO
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
