ECOMMERCE / SHOPIFY SPECIALIST - SALES

Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office Location: Mineola, NY Company Overview: We are a leading apparel company based in Mineola, NY, specializing in high-fashion apparel and accessories. We are seeking an experienced Website Developer with a strong background in Shopify to enhance and maintain our e-commerce platform. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and an eye for design to drive online sales and deliver an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities: Website Development & Maintenance: • Develop, customize, and maintain the company’s Shopify e-commerce website. • Ensure the website is visually appealing, mobile-friendly, and optimized for user experience. • Implement and troubleshoot new Shopify themes, templates, and customizations. E-Commerce Functionality: • Integrate and configure third-party apps, plugins, and payment gateways to enhance functionality. • Optimize site performance for speed, scalability, and search engine ranking (SEO). Technical Troubleshooting & Updates: • Identify and resolve technical issues related to the website promptly. • Ensure the website is secure and up-to-date with the latest Shopify features and tools. Collaboration & Strategy: • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to implement campaigns and promotions. • Analyze website metrics and user behavior to recommend improvements. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new Shopify features. Qualifications: Experience & Skills: • Proven experience as a Shopify Developer or similar role. • Proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and user experience (UX) design. • Experience with Shopify apps, APIs, and custom integrations. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Starting salary, 401K and contribution towards health insurance to be discussed and DOE

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
