The eCommerce Site Merchandiser is a tech-savvy individual who will join a team responsible for the overall merchandising, promotional management, and onsite experience of multiple brands. This individual will collaborate with the marketing, product management, and creative teams to coordinate and execute product discovery for Bullion International Group (BIG). Reporting to the Site Merchandising Manager, this role utilizes cutting-edge site merchandising and data to promote key products, categories, and trends that lead to increased conversion.
This person will be comfortable working independently and has strong discipline and time management skills to review a daily list of new products for cross-listing accuracy. The position relies heavily on testing, optimization, and data analysis to determine the best way to present products to users. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. This role works closely with many different areas of the company, leveraging cross-functional knowledge and perspectives to optimize product presentation and discovery across BIG’s portfolio of brands.
The right candidate for this role will ask every day, “How can we beat even our best version of this?” They will be comfortable working on projects both collaboratively and independently, taking initiative to find new opportunities to better promote products and meet or exceed company objectives.
Previous eCommerce and site merchandising experience is preferred, but well-rounded individuals from a variety of backgrounds will also be strongly considered. Individuals with degrees in business management, marketing, psychology, merchandising, or new media are encouraged to apply.

Owns and manages category merchandising across multiple BIG brands, ensuring optimal product discoverability and alignment with overall business objectives.

Plans and executes personalized, data-driven merchandising and promotional initiatives to enhance product discovery, drive conversion, and support revenue growth across categories and brands.

Oversees category imagery, sorting logic, and overall structure management to ensure categories remain visually consistent and intuitively organized.

Manages and optimizes on-site search performance through UNBXD, including synonym management, search redirects, and performance analysis.

Collaborates across brand teams under BIG to maintain consistent merchandising standards, share best practices, and scale successful initiatives.

Identifies opportunities to streamline processes, improve the customer journey, and enhance category-level performance through data-driven insights.

Conducts ongoing testing and analysis to evaluate the impact of merchandising strategies and recommends adjustments based on results.

Partners with analytics and SEO stakeholders to ensure that product and category content supports organic search visibility and drives traffic.

Performs competitive analysis to benchmark category performance, product presentation, and merchandising trends across the industry.

Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, psychology, merchandising, or new media.

Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce Product Merchandising, Website Management, or similar experience

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting customer behavior and site performance data

Self-driven with a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement

Excellent project management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4)

Familiarity with UNBXD or similar site search and recommendation platforms

Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools for reporting merchandising performance

Familiarity with Dynamic Yield or similar personalization and A/B testing platforms

Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, functions, charts, and tables) and PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations

Strong general computer literacy and comfort working in digital platforms
