Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing ecommerce platforms, updating product listings, monitoring sales performance, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include coordinating with the warehousing team, ensuring proper marketplace integration, and generating reports on marketplace activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and E-Commerce expertise
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Proficiency in using ecommerce tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in ecommerce or a related field is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
