We are seeking an experienced and driven  E-Commerce Specialist  to scale our marketplace and D2C operations in Türkiye and globally.

Job Description:

You will own the end-to-end operations of our online stores across  Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon (TR/EU/US), n11, ÇiçekSepeti , and our  Shopify/D2C  site. You’ll manage catalog, content, pricing, promotions, ads, inventory, logistics, and customer experience to hit growth and profitability targets while protecting brand quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store ops: listings, attributes, SEO, pricing, stock, orders, returns, and customer messages.
• Build promotion and content calendars (Efsane Cuma, 11.11, Bayram, Back-to-School); launch bundles, coupons, and deals.
• Run performance marketing:  Amazon PPC/DSP ,  Trendyol/Hepsiburada Ads ; optimize  ACOS/TACOS/ROAS .
• Coordinate with 3PL/warehouse on inbound, pick/pack/ship; minimize cancellations and stockouts.
• Ensure compliance:  e-Fatura/e-Arşiv ,  KDV , brand registry, category docs, age ratings.
• Improve product pages (A+ content, images, video); brief and QA creative assets.
• Track and report KPIs; run weekly growth sprints; drive experiments (pricing, assortment, ads, content).
• Partner with finance and supply chain on demand planning, reorders, and days-of-cover.

Qualification:

• 3–6 years operating marketplace stores in Türkiye; hands-on with  Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon Seller Central  (TR/EU/US).
• Proven results improving  GMV, Conversion Rate, Buy Box %, Ratings/Reviews , and ad efficiency.
• Strong Excel/Sheets (pivot, lookup); GA4/Data Studio/Looker; basic SQL is a plus.
• Experience with WMS/ERP, 3PLs, and local couriers (Yurtiçi/Aras/MNG/Sürat/PTT).
• Content and merchandising skills in  Turkish & English ; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Shopify experience (themes, apps, payments) is a plus.
