About the Role:

The Home Mart is rapidly scaling, and we’re looking for a top-performing Amazon Ecommerce Specialist who knows how to drive sales, dominate rankings, and scale marketplace growth fast.

If you have hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central, understand how to win the Buy Box, optimize listings, and push revenue aggressively—this role is for you.

What You’ll Own:

• Full control of Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central operations
• Launch, optimize, and scale high-converting product listings
• Drive ranking, traffic, and sales growth through SEO + Ads
• Manage Vendor Central POs, shipments, compliance, and disputes
• Execute aggressive pricing, promotions, and campaign strategies
• Analyze performance data and take fast, data-driven actions
• Handle account health, cases, and escalations with Amazon
• Expand presence across UAE marketplaces (Noon, Carrefour, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Amazon expert (Vendor + Seller Central is a MUST)
• Strong track record of increasing sales and improving rankings
• Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, Ads, and algorithms
• Hands-on experience with PO management, inventory, and operations
• Highly analytical, fast decision-maker, and results-driven
• Someone who takes ownership and delivers results—not just reports

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in UAE marketplaces (Noon, Carrefour)
• Amazon Ads expertise (Sponsored Products, Brands, DSP)
• Experience handling claims, chargebacks, and Vendor disputes
