Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an E-commerce Warehouse Lead, based in Newark, DE. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving procedures. The E-commerce Warehouse Lead will also be responsible for training team members, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and collaborating with other departments to align operations with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Required- Experience with Ecommerce platforms- Shopify, Amazon, Walmart
• Required- Experience with Cin7 or similar inventory systems
• Forklift experience (certified preferred)
• Hands-on mindset — willing to jump in wherever needed
• Strong Analytical Skills for inventory management and operational efficiencies
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to support team collaboration and customer interactions
• Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms and processes
• Experience in Sales processes and strategies
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar operational role is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Bilingual preferred

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, organizing, forecasting, shipping)
• Pick, pack, and ship orders during slower periods
• Operate forklift as needed
• Manage inventory using Cin7 (or similar system)
• Fulfill orders across Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart platforms
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and efficiency

Hours :

20–25 hours per week, M-F within our hours of operation of 8-5 pm.
