Job Summary

The Ecommerce Website Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Blaids.com website to maximize user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing an ecommerce brand website, with specific experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, and ecommerce marketing. The ideal candidate will drive traffic, enhance site performance, and implement data-driven strategies to grow our online business.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of Blaids.com, built on WordPress, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience are optimized.
  • Manage website content, including product listings, descriptions, images, and promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Update and maintain website features using WordPress plugins (e.g., WooCommerce for ecommerce functionality) and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast load times, and SEO-friendly structure to enhance user experience and search rankings.

Ecommerce Marketing:

  • Develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, abandoned cart recovery, and loyalty programs to boost repeat purchases.
  • Analyze website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to track KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate) and optimize performance.
  • Implement A/B testing for landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes to improve user journeys.

Paid Advertising:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Manage Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns, including ad creative development, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS) and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals.

SEO and Content Strategy:

  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings, leveraging tools like Yoast SEO or RankMath.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop blogs, product guides, and other content to enhance engagement and authority.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure a seamless checkout process, integrating payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and addressing user pain points.
  • Manage customer inquiries related to the website and coordinate with customer service to resolve issues.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports on website performance, marketing campaigns, and ad spend, using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and WordPress dashboards.
  • Present actionable insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Experience:

  • 3+ years managing an ecommerce brand website, preferably in a consumer-facing retail or product-based business.
  • Proven track record with WordPress, including hands-on experience with WooCommerce, themes, and plugins for ecommerce functionality.
  • 2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) with demonstrated success in driving conversions and optimizing budgets.
  • 2+ years managing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) with expertise in audience segmentation, ad creatives, and ROAS optimization.
  • Strong background in ecommerce marketing, including email marketing, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in WordPress administration, including content updates, plugin management, and basic HTML/CSS for customization.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track website and campaign performance.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify principles transferable).

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, design, and customer service teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a high-quality user experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience with additional ad platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Knowledge of advanced SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web design tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience managing third-party logistics or inventory systems integrated with ecommerce platforms.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
