Job Overview
● Housing and commercial development for a 14-acre city infill site

● Grant administration of the revolving loan fund to circulation the new $100,000 from the USDA

● Grant administration for infill housing

● Strategically identify grant opportunities for city priorities

● Business Development

● Communication which includes oversight of website tabs and the LOIS site

● Leadership for the local housing committee

● Assist the local manufactured home park

● Plan and report to the Port Authority

● Timely application for community development grants

The objective of this Request for Qualifications is to find the right candidate with experience to replace the outgoing economic development specialist/director.
