Job Summary:
International College, Ajman is seeking a qualified and experienced Economics, Business Management, and Accounts Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction to secondary, UG and PG level Students. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong subject expertise, academic rigor, and the ability to engage students using practical and applied teaching methodologies aligned with international curricula.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured lessons in Economics, Business Management, and Accounting.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments, examinations, and internal evaluations.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
- Maintain accurate student performance records and prepare academic reports.
- Integrate case studies, real-world business examples, and analytical tools into classroom instruction.
- Support exam preparation strategies and ensure high academic performance standards.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and institutional activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Economics / Commerce / Business Administration (Specialization in Finance or Accounting preferred).
- B.Ed. or recognized teaching qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a school or college environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, business theory, and micro/macro economics.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
