Job Description:

• Domain expertise and experience of at least a couple of years working for the global eSports industry with a deep understanding of the industry, including tournaments, publishers, teams, talent, broadcasters, sponsors, and platform ecosystems
• Strong C level consultative capabilities, with experience advising senior leadership on eSports strategy and transformation, ecosystem growth, and long term vision
• Ability to define current state and future state eSports strategies for large organizations, foundations, and global events covering Digital. Data and Transformation
• Solid understanding of AI/ML and digital transformation, with the ability to advise how these capabilities can be applied meaningfully within the eSports ecosystem
• Bring eSports specific context and strategic insights to complement ongoing Digital and Data Assessment initiatives, and work closely with Digital and Data leads and consultants who would drive the Digital and Data assessment teams.
• Advise on tournament technology landscape and operations, ecosystem design, governance models, and stakeholder dependencies
• Validate digital, data, and AI strategies against real world eSports workflows, competitive integrity, and operational realities
• Immediate availability for consulting roles in the Middle East region, starting immediately for a 3 months engagement with strong potential to extend further
