We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Ecosystem Growth Manager to join our dynamic Growth team. Reporting to the Growth Director, you will be the strategic owner of our key ecosystem verticals. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping the future and accelerating the growth of these businesses.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset, an analytical powerhouse, and a natural leader who thrives on solving complex challenges and building scalable systems from the ground up.


What You'll Do:

  • Own the Growth: Take full ownership of the growth, strategy, and P&L for our business verticals (Insurance, Market, Food, Plus, etc.).
  • Build Business Plans: Develop, present, and execute comprehensive business plans and go-to-market strategies for each vertical.
  • Analyze & Strategize: Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive research, and financial feasibility studies to identify new growth levers and validate strategic initiatives.
  • Drive Execution: Translate strategy into action. Lead cross-functional projects to drive product growth, user acquisition, and retention, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams.
  • Build Systems, Solve Problems: Act as a master problem-solver, identifying operational bottlenecks and designing scalable systems and processes to ensure sustainable, long-term success.
  • Lead & Mentor: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, accountability, and innovation.


What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, with a background in business development, strategy, general management, or venture building, preferably within a tech, e-commerce, or marketplace company.
  • Analytical Horsepower: Proven track record of building robust business cases and strategies based on rigorous analytical and financial modeling (feasibility, ROI, P&L analysis).
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Founder's Mentality: A natural bias for action, a strong sense of ownership, and a "builder" mindset. You are comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at creating structure where it's needed.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of unit economics and the key drivers of a digital business. You think like a business owner.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Fluency: Professional proficiency in English is required.
