The Role in Three Sentences: You are the bridge between pedagogical goals and digital tools for Imma School Systems. Your mission is to ensure that every classroom in our Mihango facility is a high-functioning digital environment. You don't just fix tech; you architect how students and teachers interact with it.

Operational Focus:

• LMS Administration: Total management of the Learning Management System to ensure 100% uptime and data accuracy for student records.
• Classroom Integration: Hands-on support for teachers to move curriculum from physical paper to interactive digital modules.
• Hardware Stewardship: Oversight of all local classroom hardware, from interactive displays to student tablets, ensuring they are optimized for daily use.
• Security & Safety: Implementing and monitoring digital safety protocols to protect student data and ensure a filtered, focused learning environment.

Candidate DNA:

• Experience: 3+ years in educational technology or instructional design.
• Tools: Expert knowledge of Google Workspace for Education, Canvas, or Moodle.
• Language: C2 English proficiency is mandatory for developing training materials and coordinating with the central office.
• Asynchronous Training: You will use Loom to create a library of "How-To" videos for faculty, reducing the need for repetitive in-person tech support.
