EDDA Dental Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking an EDDA certified Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, assisting the dentist and supporting the overall operations of the dental office.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, making sure they are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Take and develop dental X-rays, ensuring accurate imaging for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical history
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures, passing instruments and materials as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $21.00 per hour
