Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, personable, and driven Boat Salesperson to join our expanding team in Edgewater, MD.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and build rapport with customers in person, online, and by phone

• Understand customer needs and recommend boats that fit their lifestyle and budget

• Conduct professional product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and sea trials

• Maintain deep knowledge of new and brokerage inventory

• Manage the full sales process from lead to closing

• Follow up consistently to convert leads and generate repeat/referral business

• Work closely with service, finance, and management teams

• Maintain a professional image and organized sales environment

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (marine, automotive, RV, powersports, or luxury retail)

• Knowledge of boats and marine systems is a strong plus

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Highly self-motivated with goal-driven mindset

• Ability to work weekends and peak seasonal hours

• Valid driver’s license required (boating license a plus)
