Editor

• dit raw video footage into high-quality final products
• Collaborate with directors, producers, or content creators to understand project goals
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, subtitles, and visual effects as needed
• Ensure pacing, continuity, and storytelling quality
• Color correct and enhance audio/video quality
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Organize and maintain video assets and project files
• Adapt edits for different platforms (YouTube, social media, websites, ads, etc.)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
• Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolution standards
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound editing
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and receive feedback constructively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience editing content for social media platforms
• Knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and content strategy
• Motion graphics or animation skills
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work
