1. Content Planning & Ideation
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to brainstorm video and content concepts aligned with brand goals.
- Research industry trends, formats, and competitor content to propose fresh ideas.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar in sync with campaign requirements.
2. Video Editing & Production
- Edit raw footage into engaging videos, reels, shorts, ads, and long-form content as per platform guidelines (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ensure high-quality sound design, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and visual effects where required.
- Repurpose existing footage into multiple content formats for different platforms.
- Deliver videos within agreed timelines while maintaining brand tone and aesthetics.
3. Content Creation & Execution
- Shoot short-form videos, behind-the-scenes content, and interviews (if required).
- Design basic graphics, thumbnails, and templates to support video content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and video scripts in collaboration with the content team.
4. Brand Consistency & Quality Control
- Ensure all content is in line with brand identity, guidelines, and tone of voice.
- Conduct quality checks for resolution, format, audio clarity, and platform optimization.
- Maintain a digital library of edited content, raw files, and project archives.
5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze video performance (reach, views, watch-time, engagement).
- Suggest improvements based on data insights (what type of videos perform better).
- Adapt content styles based on evolving audience preferences.
6. Innovation & Upskilling
- Stay updated with the latest editing tools, AI-based content creation, and platform algorithm changes.
- Continuously experiment with new styles, trends, and formats (like AR filters, trending audio, cinematic reels).
