Photoshop & Premiere Pro Reel Editor (Startup Role)

We’re a fast-growing startup looking for a creative Photoshop & Premiere Pro Reel Editor who lives and breathes short-form content. If you love turning raw ideas into scroll-stopping reels and want to grow alongside a young, ambitious team — this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Edit high-quality Instagram Reels using Photoshop & Premiere Pro
• Create eye-catching visuals, transitions, text animations & thumbnails
• Work closely with the content and marketing team to bring ideas to life
• Stay on top of reel trends, hooks, and viral formats
• Experiment, improve, and help shape our visual identity

What we’re looking for:

• Strong skills in Photoshop & Adobe Premiere Pro
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, pacing, and storytelling
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to take feedback and iterate fast
• Startup mentality: proactive, flexible, and eager to learn
