Editor-in-Chief (Aesthetics)

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Seline Clinic is a leading full-cycle aesthetic medical clinic, internationally recognized for its excellence in advanced aesthetic and cosmetic treatments. As part of our continued expansion and thought-leadership initiatives in the Middle East, we are launching a corporate publication in aesthetic medicine and are seeking an experienced Editor-in-Chief to lead this project.

This is a project-based role focused on shaping high-quality editorial content that reflects the clinic’s medical expertise, brand values, and international positioning.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the editorial strategy and vision for Seline Clinic’s corporate publication in aesthetic medicine.
• Develop, curate, and oversee high-quality editorial content aligned with medical accuracy, brand tone, and industry standards.
• Manage the end-to-end editorial process, including content planning, commissioning, editing, and final approval.
• Collaborate closely with medical professionals, aesthetic experts, marketing teams, and external contributors.
• Ensure all content complies with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and scientific accuracy.
• Maintain consistency in editorial voice, style, and quality across all publication materials.
• Oversee project timelines, workflows, and milestones to ensure final delivery within the agreed schedule.
• Provide final editorial sign-off for all published materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as an Editor-in-Chief, Senior Editor, or equivalent role.
• Strong editorial background in beauty & fashion publications, healthcare media, or medical journals.
• Excellent command of written English with strong editing and content-structuring skills.
• Solid understanding of aesthetic medicine, cosmetic treatments, or healthcare-related topics.
• Ability to manage contributors and stakeholders in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Experience in corporate or branded publications is a strong advantage.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS:

• Project-based contract
• Duration: 3 months (renewable based on performance and project needs)
• Final delivery scheduled for March 2026
