ReminderMedia is looking for a talented and experienced Editorial Content Manager to lead the development of engaging, client-focused content across print and digital channels. This full-time, hybrid position plays a critical role in our content strategy and editorial operations—working in a fun, fast-paced environment for a leading marketing services provider recognized as a top place to work (philly.com), one of the nation's fastest-growing companies (Inc. 5000), and accredited for excellence and ethics (A+ BBB rating).

Reporting directly to the Director Supervisor, the Editorial Content Manager oversees the editorial calendar, manages a small team of writers, and ensures high-quality, brand-aligned content across our magazines, blog, newsletters, and social media. This role also champions the use of artificial intelligence tools to streamline workflows, scale production, and maximize efficiency.

Key performance indicators include content quality and accuracy, adherence to deadlines, engagement metrics across digital platforms, and the successful implementation of AI-driven editorial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a multi-channel editorial calendar, aligning content themes with strategic marketing goals across print, digital, blog, newsletter, and social media platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a small editorial team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth while promoting the effective use of artificial intelligence tools in planning and content creation.
  • Write, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, newsletters, promotional emails, and social media copy, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.
  • Ensure editorial excellence and consistency, reviewing and approving all content for accuracy, tone, and quality, while maintaining editorial standards across formats and channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to align content strategy with product launches, campaigns, and client engagement goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize content strategy and workflow efficiency, and evaluate emerging tools and trends to improve editorial processes.

Remote Requirements

  • Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: FL, GA, NC, SC, NJ, PA, DE, KY, IN, MI, TN, MO, MN, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, or NV only
  • 40-hour standard weekly schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST or PST shift options available) weekdays with paid time-off, paid holidays and no night or weekend shifts.
  • A dedicated, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required/preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience in editorial, content writing, or content marketing (magazine or digital experience preferred).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
