EDM Operator (Wire, Sinker)

At this moment, we are looking to expand and incorporate new members into our talented team.

POSITION: EDM Operator for Wire Cut Company, Inc. ( Wire and Sinker )

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Willingness to train on various machines under certified instructors and third-party professionals
• Follow a job's traveller and all related instructions/documents in order to correctly setup and machine a part (as per specifications and requirements)
• Expected to set up parts and tooling and operate machinery with an attention to detail in order to ensure quality and tight tolerances
• Move heavy parts to and from the machine ( when/if necessary ) with a crane/hoist/lift
• Be able to carry at least 50 pounds by hand

PREFERENCES:

• Work Experience- Minimum of 1 year of Manufacturing/Machinist
• General machinist knowledge- measuring, indicating, etc.
• The ability to read and comprehend Engineering Prints
• Confidence in basic math and troubleshooting skills
• A positive attitude and ability to cooperate and collaborate
• Self-motivated
• Ambitious

SCHEDULE:

• Night Shift: Monday-Friday ( 2 P.M. - 10:30 P.M. )

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
