Job Description: EdTech Product Sales Executive (Inkstall ERP / Student360 / Teacher App)Role Overview
Inkstall is hiring an EdTech Product Sales Executive to sell Inkstall’s software products (ERP/SIS like Student360, teacher app, test-paper system, student app modules, etc.) to schools, coaching institutes, and tuition centres on a subscription basis. This role involves product demos, consultative selling, closing deals, and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage B2B leads: schools, coaching classes, tuition centres, education chains.
- Understand client needs and recommend the right Inkstall solution (SIS/ERP, teacher app, homework & updates, tests, analytics, parent communication).
- Deliver product demos (online + in-person) and handle objections confidently.
- Pitch pricing plans (monthly/quarterly/annual) and close subscriptions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline in CRM: lead stage, next follow-up, demo notes, decision-maker details.
- Coordinate onboarding with the implementation/tech team: setup, training, and go-live support.
- Drive renewals and upsells (more modules, more users, more branches).
- Collect feedback from customers and share product improvement inputs with internal teams.
- Track competition and keep improving the pitch with market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years experience in B2B sales / SaaS sales / EdTech sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable explaining features in a simple, value-focused way to non-technical clients.
- Good follow-up discipline and target-driven mindset.
- Basic tech comfort: CRM tools, Google Sheets, Zoom/Meet demos; quick learner for product features.
- Languages: English + Hindi (Marathi is a plus).

- New demos booked per week
- Demo-to-close conversion rate
- Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) closed
- Average deal size and sales cycle time
- Renewal rate and churn reduction
- Upsell revenue per existing client
- Pipeline health (accurate CRM updates & forecasting)
Working Hours / Location
- Base Location: Inkstall, Goregaon West (Mumbai)
- Work Type: Hybrid field + online demos (client visits as needed)
- Schedule: 6 days/week; flexibility for client timings
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Strong Incentives (linked to closed revenue + renewals + upsells)
