Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the EdTech domain.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for future requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (EdTech hiring experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple requirements.
