Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the EdTech domain.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for future requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (EdTech hiring experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple requirements.
