Role Description

This is a full time Recruitment Associate role based in Gurugram. As a Recruitment Associate at Filo, you will be responsible for hiring, communicating with candidates, conducting interviews, recruiting, and screening potential tutors.

Qualifications

• Internship or 6 months of experience is a plus
• Hiring and Recruiting skills
• Communication and Interviewing skills
• Experience in candidate screening
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of e-learning industry trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
