(CHH) wants you on our team as the Education and Engagement Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping CHH’s prevention programs, building relationships with community partners, and overseeing initiatives that center Black Women & Girls, Men Reducing Violence, Greater Lowell cultural community, LGBQ/T+ individuals, and youth.

Your Role in This Mission

As Education and Engagement Manager you will:
Lead & Innovate – Develop and oversee CHH’s Hope Prevents programs, creating culturally relevant, trauma-informed prevention strategies.

Lead and Inspire

  • Supervise and support the Hope Prevents team and interns, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Ensure staff have the tools and guidance to lead effective, community-centered programs.
  • Align program goals with CHH’s mission and strategic priorities.

Educate and Engage

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate creative prevention and education programs for diverse audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, community groups, and local organizations.
  • Represent CHH in coalitions and networks focused on anti-racism, prevention, and community wellness.
  • Assess outreach effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Support and Empower

  • Provide survivor-centered support through hotline coverage, medical advocacy, and web-based chat services.
  • Once trained, co-facilitate CHH’s internal RCC training to strengthen team capacity.

Grow and Sustain

  • Partner with leadership to drive CHH’s annual fundraising plan and meet donor engagement goals.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, sponsors, and foundations.
  • Advance grassroots fundraising strategies that expand and diversify support.
  • Collaborate on donor communications, appeals, acknowledgments, and events.
  • Represent CHH at community events and support the Board Development Committee in fundraising and engagement efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Advanced Degree (or equivalent experience) in social work, psychology, community organizing, or violence prevention.
  • 5+ years of experience in health and social services, with at least 2 years in program management/supervision.
  • A strong background in developing and implementing culturally responsive programs for diverse communities.
  • Exceptional leadership, public speaking, and training skills.
  • A passion for social justice and the ability to work effectively with people from all backgrounds.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Khmer, Portuguese) highly encouraged to apply!
