Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Education Professional and ignite the passion for learning across diverse audiences! In this role, provide administrative and other support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the office or department and promote a safe and orderly environment for students. Substitute clerical personnel are also known as secretary's clerks administrative assistance receptionist paraprofessionals substitute teachers and teachers assistants.
Responsibilities
- Perform usual office routines and practices including answering phones and intercom systems providing information and assistance for callers taking and conveying messages and distributing mail.
- Maintain calendar, appointment schedules. Etc for the school principal administrators and students.
- Great parents and visitors in a pleasant and professional manner, determine the nature of their business, and direct them to the appropriate destination.
- Maintain documents, files, and records for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference; and sure absolute confidentiality of information, files and records.
- Type, prepare, distribute, file, and or mail records, correspondence, flyers, newsletters and other related materials.
- Communicate effectively with administration faculty staff students parents visitors and vendors.
- Display ethical and professional behavior in working with students parents and school personnel and outside agencies associated with the school.
- Perform any duties and responsibilities that are within the scope of employment, as assigned by the administration or principal, and not otherwise prohibited by law or regulation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching or training within educational or corporate environments with classroom experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience curriculum development, content creation, and adult education principles to craft impactful learning experiences .
- Excellent written communication skills for content development, instructional materials, and learner assessments .
- Demonstrated project management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives from inception to completion .
- Proficiency in presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively across diverse audiences .
- An associate's degree (2 years or 30 credits) or bachelor's degree (4 years and 90 credits or more ) required at a College or University.
