Job Title: Australia & New Zealand Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study options in Australia and New Zealand (courses, universities, intakes).
• Assess student profiles and provide accurate eligibility guidance.
• Process applications, offers, confirmations, and visa documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ANZ education systems, policies, and visa rules.
• Coordinate with universities, partners, and internal teams.
• Achieve enrollment targets and ensure high conversion rates.
• Maintain student records, CRM updates, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Australia & New Zealand education counselor.
• Strong knowledge of ANZ universities and visa processes.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills.
• Target-oriented with strong documentation accuracy.
