Aulas Univirtuales LLC is seeking a dedicated and organized Education Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our virtual learning programs. The Education Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth academic operations, supporting instructors, and enhancing the overall student learning experience within our online education platform.

This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple academic processes simultaneously in a digital learning environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and committed to maintaining high educational standards in an online setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of online classes, workshops, and academic sessions
• Liaise with instructors to ensure course materials, lesson plans, and assessments are properly prepared and delivered
• Monitor student enrollment, attendance, and academic progress across virtual programs
• Provide academic and administrative support to students, instructors, and program managers
• Assist in developing and improving digital learning processes and educational content delivery systems
• Ensure learning platforms and tools are functioning effectively and report technical or operational issues as needed
• Support quality assurance efforts and help maintain compliance with institutional academic standards
• Prepare reports on program performance, student engagement, and instructional effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Instructional Design, or related field
• Experience in educational coordination, academic administration, or e-learning environments preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with online learning platforms and digital collaboration tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year
