Job Summary

The Education Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and overseeing academic programs, coordinating between faculty and students, and ensuring smooth execution of educational activities. The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for education and student success.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate academic programs, courses, and training sessions
Liaise with instructors, students, and administrative staff
Manage class schedules, timetables, and program logistics
Assist in curriculum planning and course material organization
Monitor student enrollment, attendance, and academic progress
Maintain accurate records of student data and program documentation
Support student services, including inquiries and academic guidance
Organize workshops, seminars, and educational events
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and educational standards
Prepare reports on program performance and student outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in education coordination, academic administration, or training roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Ability to work in a structured academic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
