Education Coordinator

Eastakademi is seeking a visionary and highly organized Education Coordinator to join our growing academic family. Based in the vibrant hub of Al Rayyan, you will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and elevating educational programs that empower the next generation of learners in Qatar.

The Role

As the Education Coordinator at Eastakademi, you are the bridge between academic excellence and operational efficiency. Working from our headquarters in Al Rayyan Tower, you will oversee the seamless delivery of educational services, ensuring that both our educators and students have the tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Coordinate the scheduling, enrollment, and execution of diverse educational courses and workshops.
• Curriculum Support: Work alongside subject matter experts to refine and implement high-quality learning materials.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor classroom performance and student feedback to maintain Eastakademi’s gold standard of education.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and partner institutions, fostering a supportive community.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all programs align with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) guidelines in Qatar.

What We’re Looking For

• Education Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in an educational administrative or coordinating role.
• Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is highly preferred to engage with our local community).
• Soft Skills: A natural leader with the empathy to mentor staff and the firmness to manage complex schedules.
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern educational technology.
