Education Coordinator PDL

Works with the Program Director to coordinate training activities for the Phlebotomy Training Program. Works with Support Services Supervisors and Managers to schedule continuing education activities, training, and competency assessments for all non-licensed personnel (CPTs and Processors). Provides orientation and in-service education for all non-licensed laboratory personnel. Participates with Preceptor training and assessment. Assures the quality improvement of all training activities, including complete documentation.
